In regard to waiting time, the way the Onward service works is that a pickup is scheduled for a specific date and time. The confirmed Onward driver will arrive on or before that time. The ride officially starts at that time.
If the driver has to wait, that is fine, but we begin charging for the ride when the agreed upon start time arrives. If your service is a roundtrip ride, the time the driver waits between each destination, is charged the same as when you are together. Thus, our price for waiting is the same as our standard charges.
